APPLE juicing community co-operative Brendon Orchards is looking to recruit new directors to complement the skills and knowledge of those currently running the enterprise.
Brendon Orchards, formed in 2007, is based in The Greenhouse, on the former Golden Hill brewery site, and now has nearly 500 members.
Between them, they make about 20,000 litres of pure juice a year and 500 litres of cider and cider vinegar.
The group hires out equipment to promote community juicing activities and storage and co-ordinates volunteers who help local orchards with picking and juicing and selling on stalls.
It is looking for new directors to join its board, which meets monthly on the third Tuesday, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
