A 14-year-old boy was attacked in Melrose Road, Yeovil, at about 12.30pm on Friday, December 7th.
The boy was walking along the road with two friends when one of them kicked a stone that hit the wheel of a parked car. The owner of the car was nearby and confronted the youths, punching and kicking the boy before hitting his head against the ground.
Aged between 20 and 25, the attacker is also described as being white, fairly large and about 5ft 8 inches tall. He was also said to be clean-shaven and sporting a skinhead-like haircut. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers 0800 555 111
