BRIAN Hall, 50, and his nephew Ashton Jackson, 16, both scored for Alcombe Rovers in their 3-0 away win over Huish Sports in the second division of the Taunton & District Saturday Football League.

Rovers got off to a great start with Hall netting from the penalty spot and, a few minutes later, he snapped up a second after the Huish goalkeeper fumbled the ball.

In the second half, young Jackson came on as a substitute and headed a third goal for Rovers to the back post.

Victory enabled Alcombe to stay fourth in the table.
