HAIRY Ringers remain top of Division A in the Blackdown Hills Skittles League after gaining a 21-pin home victory over Black Run Bandits.

They are four points clear of One for the Ditch who suffered a scare being winning by one pin at home to Pinpricks.

Despite the Floppers’ best efforts in the beer hand, the Pitch Plate Rejects held them to a draw at the Wyvern. Another team to sneak home by one pin were Bashers who won away to Right up your Alley to pull themselves out of the relegation zone with three games to play.

In Division B, Queens Knockers stayed top after collecting three points against the Eezners at the Half Moon. They also have a four-point lead over second-placed Wobbly Wheels who remain in contention after winning at home against Winch Em Out.

Kings, in third spot but seven points behind Wheels, were 13-pin home winners against Hopefuls.
