MINEHEAD Barbarians will be looking to keep up the pressure at the top of Counties Two Somerset when they play away to lowly Keynsham 2nd XV on Saturday, February 28.
The Babas will be hoping to pull off the season’s double over their opponents, having won convincingly 50-0 at home against their rivals in early November.
Despite not having a game last weekend, Minehead remain third in the table, four points behind second-placed Clevedon, both sides having played the same number of matches.
Burnham on Sea are tops and have a six-point lead over CLevedon, but have played one more game than their title rivals.
Only one match got under way in the division last weekend, between Avon and Imperial, but this was eventually abandoned.
Minehead, who beat St Bernadettes Old Boys 45-12 at home in their last fixture, have seven more games to play this season, with crucial matches against both Clevedon (away) and Burnham (home) in April.
Clevedon and Burnham both have away matches on Saturday, February 28, with Clevedon playing bottom side Castle Cary and Burnham visiting Avon who are lying sixth.

Minehead Barbarians 2nd XV, who are lying sixth in Counties Four Somerset South, play at home to Morganians on Saturday (Feb 28). Morganians have lost only one game this season and are favourites to win the division. They trail leaders Burnham on Sea, who are away to Weston super Mare on Friday night (Feb 27) by eight points but have three matches in hand.
