THE Saturday Stableford at Oake Manor was close with Martin Rivers winning division 1 with 41 points while Ashley Evans came second, also with 41 points, but losing on count back. James Macey was third with 40 points.
Antony Keitch won division 2 with a superb score of 44 points, the best score of the day, Jonathon Owen came second with 43 points while Michael Osguthorp (41) was third.
Zachary Smith won the Sunday Stableford with an incredible score of 48 points, with Mitchell Couryer second with an excellent 44 points and Gary Tillett third with 37 points.
Karon Potter won the Ladies Sunday Medal, scoring nett 67, Kathryn Salway came second with nett 71 while Janet Howe was third with nett 72.
Charles St George won the Seniors Monday Stableford with 38 points, Charles was first in division 1 while Mike Amos came second with 37 points and Andy Stevenson was third with 36 points. The first three players in division 2 all scored 35 points but on count back Tony Staple was first, Mark Howard second and Terry Brown third.
On Tuesday the Ladies played a Stableford Competition with the best Lady over 70 years winning the Senior Ladies Trophy. Daphne Priddy, last years’ Ladies Captain, won the trophy scoring 40 points. Kate Foster won division 1 with 37 points with Nancy Marshall second, also with 37 points, and Suzanne Ward third with 36 points. Daphne Priddy won division 2 with 40 points while Sue Corlett (36) came second and Gill Hadley (32) third.
Robin Trott won the Wednesday Midweek Stableford, winning division 1 with 37 points, Jack Jones came second, also with 37 points, and Mark Nichols came third with 35 points. Josh Winter won division 2 with 34 points, Christion Hopwood came second with 33 points while Clive Large came third with 32 points.
