SIR — I am writing to invite readers to join Minehead Twinning Association members on their visit in June to our twin town, St Berthevin, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the twinning between the two towns.

The coach will leave on Wednesday 1 June, crossing to St Malo overnight, and will return on Sunday 5 June.

We will be staying with French families and enjoying several days of entertainment and events.

We want as many people as possible to come on the trip and are particularly keen to include families with children. The trip takes place during the half term holiday.

These visits are always great fun and the hospitality of the people of St Berthevin is legendary. You don't need to speak French, you can do very well using a phrasebook and sign language!

The cost, including cabin on the outward ferry, will be around £120 per adult and children half price.
