DESPITE erratic weather conditions through the growing season this year, there was a wonderful display of flowers, fruit and vegetables at Dunster Horticultural Society’s annual flower show in the Tithe Barn.

Also on display were entries of some excellent home-cooking , wines, ciders, adult art and craft and a very colourful display of children’s art.

Chairman Ruth Webber thanked the judges, the committee and villagers for all their hard work in staging a lovely village show.

President Beryl Priddle presented the trophies and Alan Vicary presented awards for the best allotments.
