FOUR women at the centre of a police appeal in connection with an assault in Minehead have been identified. The Free Press reported last week that a 22-year-old woman had been left with bruising to her head and a cut that needed stitches after she was attacked in The Parade at about 1am on June 22. The Avon and Somerset force last week released CCTV footage of four women who were in the area at the time and who they believed might have information which could help with their enquiries. This week a police spokesman said all four women had been identified and were continuing to help officers with their inquiries. "No-one has been arrested," said the spokesman.
