SIR — So Forum 21 and Watchet Energy Group are holding an Energy Advice Centre in Watchet each Thursday (Your Letters, September 22). Well done to them, but who do they think they will attract when the sessions are held on a Thursday between 11am - 3pm?

Most people who need and want to save cost on their energy bills will be at work and the ones who could attend are no doubt on benefits and receive grants to help to pay their bills so aren't interested.

Also, I must ask how the hot water for the free coffee will be boiled. Via solar panels? Doubtful, as I've not seen any solar or photovoltaic panels on the West Somerset Hotel roof.

Come on Forum 21 and Watchet Energy Group - hold these advice days on a weekend not a weekday. You would get a better response.
