A SELL-out Watchet Festival saw 4,000 people and 60 bands enjoying three days of non-stop music and fun last weekend - and there are two pages of photos in the Free Press.

The festival is run by Mark and Jackie Bale along with a group of volunteers. All the money raised is used to support local charities and the local community, as well as being ploughed back into the following year’s festival to attract higher calibre bands each time.

Jackie said: “We’ve had fantastic comments, even some of the headline bands contacted us to say what a happy festival it was, which is very nice indeed. A big thank you to all who supported the festival.”
