NEXT month's full meeting of West Somerset District Council will take place in Sampford Brett Village Hall - even though it is likely to be packed out. The council is scheduled to make a final decision on the contentious issue of where to site its new centralised offices - yet the venue can only seat 80 people. The revised version of the controversial Donaldson's retail study is also likely to be on the agenda for the September 21 meeting. However, council chairman Cllr Barbara Child said she had already anticipated capacity problems and was considering the possibility of holding an extraordinary council meeting elsewhere solely to deal with the offices and Donaldson's report.
