A WILLITON based housing organisation which provides a personal alarm system has been awarded two gold stars.
Magna Careline West Somerset’s alarm system helps people remain independent in their own homes.
In a recent review, it was given gold stars for best practice in two areas – installing urgent requests for alarms at evenings and weekends, and response times to customers.
The organisation has received renewed accreditation and a glowing report from the sector’s regulatory body, the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
