PARISH councillors concerned about speeding motorists in Timberscombe have agreed to spend £3,000 buying a speed indicator device (SID) and training people to use it.

Council clerk Lesley Webb said a £2,9000 grant application was successful and would cover most of the cost.

However, she had not yet been unable to find a company which could provide the necessary training.
