As we move into a new year with a new government, we have the potential to be world leaders again.

Our country is slowly moving towards the use of more renewable energy with solar panels and wind turbines, but when will our government take seriously the unlimited, non-polluting power on our doorstep?

Being an island nation, we are surrounded by free, clean, constant power just waiting to be harnessed – we need to look no further than our coastline.

The sun shines sometimes and the wind blows sometimes, but tidal power is our daily constant gift that could make Britain “Great Britain” again.
