DIVISION One saw Alcombe Rovers boost their hopes of escaping relegation with a 4-2 home win over Sturm Sports Bar which lifted them to fourth from bottom.
After an even first 20 minutes, a victory looked unlikely as Rovers' defence went to sleep and conceded two goals.
But they hit back and kept the Sturm keeper busy, and right on half-time they got the goal they deserved when Pete Adams slid home Dick Furse's cross.
Alcombe looked a different team in the second half as they pounded the visitors' goal, but it took them 20 minutes to find the equaliser, Gareth Morgan heading home Rob Matcham's cross.

West Somerset Sports suffered a blow to their Division Three promotion hopes when they lost 4-1 away to third-placed Blackbrook.
They went behind after just three minutes when keeper Chris Betts brilliantly parried a free-kick, only for a forward to follow up and score.
They went on to produce their worst first-half performance of the season and conceded two more goals.
After stern words at half-time, they came out strongly and Tommy Todd gave them some hope when he scored after being put through by his son Lee.
Sports pushed forward more and more but 15 minutes from time they were caught on the break and a deflected shot just beat Betts' outstretched hand to complete the scoring.
