They have been releasing stress and tension thanks to porter Nick Horne Smith, who happens to be a black belt 6 degree in taekwondo.
Nick runs an established martial arts club in the indoor sports arena at Butlin’s but has had to withdraw the club because of Covid-19.
To fill the gap and to help out his colleagues, he is inviting them to take part in a “gentle-ish” wellbeing routine in the staff car park each day at midday – with two metres between each person, of course.
