LOCAL businesses are being invited to take centre stage as headline sponsors for two of Exmoor National Park’s most popular events - the Exmoor Nature Festival and the tenth annual Exmoor Dark Skies Festival.

The organisers say the nature festival from May 16 to 31 offers a wide range of wildlife and wellbeing-related experiences, including bird walks, wild swimming, family fun days, and art workshops.

The October 16 to November 1 dark skies festival showcases more than 60 events from stargazing and astrophotography to planetariums and nocturnal wildlife walks.

Exmoor National Park Authority (ENPA) festivals organiser Julie Colman said: “These festivals are not just events, they are immersive experiences that highlight the very essence of Exmoor and are incredibly popular.

“The huge range of activities from sunset yoga to campfire stargazing and storytelling attract thousands of visitors and generate a real media buzz.

“Previous festivals have attracted wide ranging coverage from regional, national, and international media, making this a unique opportunity to share your brand with a wide audience.”

ENPA enterprise and communications manager Dan James said: "The festivals offer not only a rare chance to experience Exmoor in its full glory and enjoy a huge range of activities, but they also create incredible opportunities for businesses to align with nature, wellbeing, and sustainability.

“Sponsorship is a chance to be part of something truly unique and impactful and to put your brand in front of thousands of potential customers through the sponsorship benefits and the high-profile media coverage secured through the events.”
