A Somerset drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Phoenix Hotel, a pub, bar or nightclub at 15 Fore Street, Chard, Somerset was given the score after assessment on November 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Somerset's 613 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 481 (78%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
