ALMOST everything that happened at Minehead Middle School during 2000 was recorded in a giant 'Millennium Book' of photographs.
The collection started off as a low-key arts project using disposable cameras to preserve the pupils' millennium year for posterity.
But the project grew to the stage where at least one film a week was developed throughout the year.
They recorded events such as a trip to the Millennium Dome, a production of Oliver!, an Ofsted visit and outings to Holnicote, Dunster and Torquay as well as classes, sports and games in the playground.
The pictures were displayed in Minehead Town Council's photographic exhibition at Easter and made into a permanent display in the school library.
Part of the success of the Millennium Book was due to the support of school governor Tony Dennis who sponsored the cameras and developing of all the films.
He is pictured looking at the Millennium Book with pupils Gareth Storey and Laura Salter.
