THE Samphire Festival which launched for the first time this summer has been nominated for two awards by the National Outdoor Events Association.
And festival organisers Flora Blathwayt and Josh Beauchamp have been invited to be keynote speakers at the association’s award ceremony in Bath on November 24.
They were also delighted to receive a letter from Porlock Parish Council saying it wholeheartedly supports the event for next year.
Now the pair have announced the independent music and arts festival, which was held on Porlock Hill in July this year, will definitely return for a second year - from July 7 to 9, 2017.
