ORGANISERS of the first Samphire Festival taking place at Porlock Hill in July have had such a demand for tickets, they have now increased capacity from 500 to 1,000 people.
And local Porlock residents are being offered special tickets at a reduced price of £35 instead of £65.
“We’ve been blown away by the demand for festival tickets and are thrilled to be increasing our capacity to invite more people,” said Josh Beauchamp, Samphire Festival co-founder. "We’re super excited.”
The festival takes place from July 8 to 10. Reduced price tickets for locals will be available to anyone with a TA24 8 postcode, from the Porlock Visitor Centre during its opening hours. ID and proof of address will be required and anyone who has already bought tickets at the previous price can get a refund from the visitor centre.
