I have read with interest the recent letters in the Free Press offering an opinion regarding the railway from Minehead.

My own suggestion would be a local service to Norton Fitzwarren, where a short walk would take you to the village shoppping centre. From there, there is already a bus service provided by First Bus for travellers wishing to continue their journey into Taunton and the larger world beyond.
