COSSINGTON Village Hall is the venue for what has been described as a ‘pulsating evening of jazz’ featuring The Transatlantic Hot Club on Saturday, May 17.
A harp, a violin and a double bass all played expertly by three top musicians will together offer a fusion of swing classics and Django standards, together with colourful splashes of bossa nova.
Adrien Chevalier, one of New York’s top jazz violinists, bassist Ashley John Long and ace harpist Ben Creighton make up this trio.
Reserved seats cost £15 from host Roger Collett on 07726 911484 or landline 01278 451187.
The Transatlantic Hot Club was formed by Ben Creighton Griffiths (Harp) and Adrien Chevalier (Violin) in 2013.
