A WATCHET woman is among winners of a Pride Award given by Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner Sue Mountstevens.

Pam Bosley, of Warren Farm, was honoured by the PCC for her support of a number of organisations in the community.

She was among 14 Pride Award winners – local people, police officers and volunteer police cadets – who were recognised at a special event at police headquarters in Portishead.

“This was very unexpected and I’m thrilled to win a PCC Pride Award,” said Pam.
