SANTAS are likely to find that all roads lead to Porlock next weekend (November 29/30) when the village gets into the festive spirit. The annual Santa Weekend will be celebrated in style with scarecrow Santas taking up residence throughout Porlock. Shops will be open on both days and special Santa trail leaflets will be available in Porlock Hardware and Porlock Fair Trade shop. And youngsters will be able to meet a real Santa in St Dubricius Church from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday to put in some early Christmas list requests, with a free festive puppet show the following day in the former Exmoor classic car museum. The village holds its late night shopping event on December 13.
