A POLICE drugs raid was carried out in West Somerset over the weekend.

It took place on Saturday afternoon when the Minehead neighbourhood policing team raided a property whose address has not been released.

The operation was supported by Special Constables and police dogs.

A quantity of drugs, mobile phones, and paraphernalia were seized.

A police spokesman said inquires were ongoing and anybody with information regarding drugs supply can report it anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
