POLE renewal works in Minehead by Openreach will result in the closure of Beacon Road for six hours on August 27 between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm.

DUCTING works being carried out by Openreach means Crocombe Road, Crowcombe, will have to be closed between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm on August 28.

WORK by Openreach to replace poles in Bridge Street, Williton, has seen a road closure approved between 8.30 am and 3.30 pm daily on August 28 and 29.

REPAIRS to the verge edge in Dashwoods Lane, Bicknoller, will be carried out by Kier on behalf of Somerset Highways for five days from August 11 to 15 which will cause the closure of the road.

PRIORY Green, in Dunster, is to be closed between 8 am and 6 pm daily on August 12 and 13 while Barr Engineering Services Ltd carries out pole replacement work on behalf of Openreach.

DESILTING works by Bridge Civil Engineering Ltd on behalf of the Environment Agency will cause the closure of Parks Lane, Minehead, between 8 am and 5 pm daily for 26 days from August 11 until September 5.

DRAINAGE works by Kier on behalf of Somerset Highways means closing Mill Lane, Hillhead Cross to Lucott Cross, and Hillhead Cross to Porlock Post, in Exford, from August 26 to 29.
