FATHER Robert Miller, former Roman Catholic priest at St Stanislaus, Dulverton, will return to the parish on Saturday (May 13) as part of the launch of his latest book.

It tells the story of a 19th century Anglican priest who bought himself a sea-going vessel in order to serve the spiritual needs of sailors who were stranded or becalmed in the Bristol Channel awaiting arrival in port in Bristol or South Wales.

Copies of the book will be available for sale after Fr Miller introduces his book at 11am in St Stanislaus church.

He will also be in his old parish later in the day. All are welcome to see him.
