RUFUS and Bella, Yogi and Dolly, Scampi and Rosie – and scores of other dogs - enjoyed a grand day out with their owners and handlers at the annual Washford Fun Dog Show.

More than 200 dogs came from far and wide to take part, and the event raised around £800 in aid of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.

The event, organised and run by Joy Chiplin each year, was held at Torre Cider Farm near Washford.

From puppies to gun dogs, veterans to best family pet, there were 17 classes as well as Best and Reserve Best in Show, and a class called ‘Steve’s Favourite Dog!’
