TEENAGER Isaac Reeson has captured the spirit of the forthcoming London Olympics on film and snapped up a top photographic award.

The 14-year-old West Somerset Community College student has won the Rotary District Young Photographer Intermediate Competition and will now see his photos entered in the national final.

The aim of the competition is to encourage experimentation in photography, to show interpretation of the given topic and to express ideas through the medium of photography.

Isaac had to submit photos with an Olympic Spirit theme and created four snaps, described as imaginative by organisers, based on the sporting principles of 'Aim High', Keep in Control', Reach for It' and Don't Look Back'.
