SIR — In response to the Ofsted report on the West Somerset Nursery (Free Press, November 11), I am a parent who uses the nursery and I find the staff and the establishment a friendly and welcoming place.

I feel the Ofsted report was not in any way a true reflection of the standard of care that the staff there give to my child and those who attend.

My child is very happy there, the staff are very supportive and caring, and I feel that this report was very harsh in its scoring.
