There will be six hour-long informal talks by best-selling authors in Dulverton Town Hall on Sunday November 20, and a free yoga meditation session.
And on the Saturday, November 19, there will be children’s creative writing workshops held in Dulverton Library.
Those booked to appear include William Sitwell, Victoria Henry, Katherine Webb, Claire Barker, Rob Kitson and Alice Thomson.
Those who recall the 1970s national scandal that destroyed the career of Devon politician Jeremy Thorpe, will be fascinated to hear Norman Scott recalling their turbulent relationship as written in his recent memoir An Accidental Icon.
Each talk will include time for audience questions, followed by author book signing in the festival’s in-house pop-up bookshop provided by Waterstones Barnstaple.
