Nail-biting pictures show a military helicopter passing UNDER 400,000-volt power cables near the Hinkley Point power station.
Alex Lovell, 49, snapped the incredible scene on Wednesday as the army chopper pulled off hair-raising training manoeuvres.

Alex, from Portishead, explains: “Today whilst I was out walking, I saw a helicopter passing under some power lines in Somerset near the Hinkley Point Power Station.
“It was fairly noisy, but what was more noticeable and can be seen in the pictures was how it acted as a giant leaf blower.
“It happened in the field right next to where I was standing and the Wildcat helicopter passed from left to right under the wires and then repeated the other way.
“It was really gusty and the crewman was constantly checking above for the wires, and below for the ground and hedgerows, to make sure they had enough clearance.
“As they departed they kindly waved to me - it made my day.”
Alex believes the helicopter operated from RNAS Yeovilton. The RAF have been contacted for comment.
