VIRTUOSO kora player and percussionist Modou N’Diaye is bringing his band to perform at Monksilver’s EMN Hall on Saturday, January 6.
It is part of the launch tour for ‘Tamala’, the band’s new album with a mix of traditional and modern sounds
Modou plays a variety of West African instruments ranging from djembe, sabar, calabash and talking drum to his leading instrument – the 22-stringed kora: West African harp.
