PUPILS from Minehead First School have buried a snapshot of their lives in the foundations of the new Beechfield Court retirement development at The Parks, Minehead. The capsule contained a USB stick with a video of the school on it, a story about a day in the life of the school written by year one pupil Reuben Watts and a copy of the official song of each of the school's houses. There was also a selection of British coins, with the items specifically chosen to represent life both at the school and in the wider community in 2014. The school's house captains and vice captains were invited to the official 'burial', together with staff from the school and Seashells Nursery. Burying the capsule with developers and staff are, from the left, pupils Emilia Percival, Madison Langan, Chloe Kerslake, Ellie Breillat, Lily Watts, Tia Harper, Oliver Reaney, Finlay Walter and Charleigh Meridith.
