RESIDENTS in Minehead are being invited to go along to the Irnham Road community centre to meet their local town councillors later this month.

The council, led by mayor Cllr Craig Palmer, is holding the latest in a series of community engagement events from 7.30 pm to 9 pm on Tuesday, April 21.

The evening will be an opportunity for residents to share their ideas and any concerns and meet their town councillors, learn what the town council does for Minehead, and connect with local organisations and community groups.

It is an informal occasion and light refreshments will be provided.

A council spokesperson said: “This is not a council meeting, just a friendly chance to chat, discover what is happening in your community, and get involved.”
