CLLR Jean Parbrook was re-elected mayor at Minehead Town Council’s meeting on Tuesday evening.

She becomes the first person to hold the office for three years in a row.

Cllr Roger Thomas was elected deputy mayor.

Mark Kingston-James was also appointed a town councillor at the meeting.
