SIR — The winter nights will soon be here and we all need to take care and be seen.

In the last week I have seen in the dark a bicycle with no lights, people walking in dark clothes, and runners or joggers without any fluorescence.

It is hard for drivers to see you. There are already enough accidents on our roads, so be seen.
