TWO more doctors’ practices in the Watchet and the Quantocks Dementia Action Alliance catchment area have been presented with fridge magnets to help patients with dementia.

Nether Stowey Medical Centre and Cannington Health Centre now have the magnets which show phone numbers of groups ready to help and advise the patients and their carers.

Both surgeries have joined the 54 other members of the Dementia Action Alliance to show their commitment to supporting people living with dementia.

They were presented with the magnets – already available at Dunster and West Somerset surgeries – by Watchet and the Quantocks DAA leader Margaret Tatham.
