Volunteers sought to help with one of Exmoor's most spectacular natural phenomenonsNearly 100 households in the remote Exmoor community, which includes the three hamlets of Kingsbridge, Churchtown and Pooltown, can now get high fibre broadband with download speeds of up to 80Mbps – about double the national average speed.
It comes as a result of a co-funding agreement between local residents and Openreach, the business responsible for Britain’s largest phone and broadband network.
