Garden owners will open their gardens, asking for a donation from visitors which will go directly to St Margaret’s Hospice. Supporters can choose how long they would like to open their garden for - it may be one day, it may be all summer long.
Kerry Baillie, community partnerships fundraiser at St Margaret’s, said: "We know how important our gardens are to the health and well-being of our patients and their families, providing places of relaxation as well as reflection. No matter how big or small your garden is, we welcome any green space to showcase in our Glorious Gardens 2022 Campaign, from small courtyards to smallholdings and everything in between.
"For years our loyal supporters have been opening their gardens to raise funds for us. There is something to interest everyone. We hope that this year we can get a lot of local support and show off how beautiful Somerset is."
