The training, provided by Stuart Hoddinott of Civil Skills Plus, will cover everything people will need to know about working safely on a highway.
Trained volunteers will then be able to help clean and repaint surveyed signposts, with all activities being co-ordinated by Exmoor National Park Authority’s historic signpost project officer Charlotte Thomas,.
The training session takes place from 6.30pm to 9pm at the Moorland Hall in Wheddon Cross.
