PATIENTS, their families and carers are being encouraged to nominate staff or team members for an award for going the extra mile.
Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s annual staff recognition awards are for those whose everyday work is inspiring or innovative.
Nominations are invited for this year’s Patients’ Choice and Carers’ Choice awards.
The partnership provides a range of community health, mental health, learning disability and social care services to people of all ages.
