A WOMAN who made a spur of the moment decision to enter has won an exclusive competition for a wedding cake, run by the West Somerset Free Press together with maker Juliet.
Winner Sandra Palmer, of Alcombe, was “very surprised and very pleased” to hear the good news, which will help her son Jacob Palmer and his fiancée Charlotte Scaife with their wedding in April.
The competition was run in the Weddings 2018 supplement of the Free Press, which teamed up with Home Made Cakes by Juliet, of Minehead, for an exclusively designed wedding cake to the value of £250.
