WEST Somerset teenagers Fran Bullard and David Middleton stepped out across Exmoor to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The pair have both lost friends and family to the disease and decided to organise their own fundraising sponsored walk to raise awareness and money to fund research into a cure for cancer.
They set off from Fran's home village of Withypool to walk 18 miles through Exford, Wheddon Cross, Timberscombe, Dunster and Minehead in seven hours.
Along the way they collected donations and, so far, have raised more than £500.
