WATCHET Dementia Action Alliance scored a first with a meeting at this year’s Watchet Music Festival.
The Dementia Friends meeting was the first to be held at a Somerset music festival and thought to be only the second in the country following one at Bestival in Dorset.
A small group of people met after a yoga class in the Mind, Body and Soul Tent to learn more about dementia and what they could do to raise the profile in their home towns.
