HUNDREDS of beer, cider and music lovers attended an annual fundraising festival at Stogumber Cricket Club last weekend.
People enjoyed two entertainment filled days on Friday, and Saturday (July 22 and 23) at Gumbeerfest, which is in its seventh year.

“It was a fantastic weekend,” said James Weetch, one of the organisers.
“On Friday night, Somerset favourites The Wurzels were headlining and there was also entertainment from dance and contemporary pop group Filta and rock and roll band Rough Justice.
“People had a chance to meet representatives from Otter Brewery, Patriot Brewery, Mad Apple Cider Company, Secret Orchard Cider and West Somerset Cider Farm during our Meet the Brewer event on Saturday afternoon.
“We also hosted the first ever Gumbeerfest Beer Pong Championships, which was won by Will Weatherlade from Treborough and Will Bolton from Tolland.”
