THE feathers of pheasants from an Exmoor shoot helped Dulverton's home grown fashion designer Dean Thomas create this stunning dress - part of a unique and striking collection in his final year of studies. Dean, who has just graduated from the prestigious Central St Martins College of Art and Design, will be unveiling his designs in his home town in just over a fortnight.
