ARTIST Susan Webber is to celebrate a ‘significant’ birthday with a free exhibition of her art and photography, appropriately titled ‘60’.

It will be held in Crowcombe Church House, Crowcombe, from Friday to Thursday, May 15 to 21, between 10 am and 4 pm daily.

On the Wednesday, there will also be a Macmillan Coffee Morning.

Sue works mainly in acrylics, painting a variety of subjects such as local landscapes, animals, and buildings.

She has also designed and painted large sculptures for UK charity art trails which have raised more than £200,000 for the charities.

Her work has featured famous figures such as ‘Shaun the Sheep’, which was displayed in Covent Garden, and a World War One ‘Private Gromit’ which is still on display outside Bristol Children's Hospital.
